Hi Manas,
On execution of SQL queries you are getting no rows selected for both the tables MLICHECK & SAPLIKEY,but as per your previous message temp license has been installed on the system, still there are no entries of temp license in any tables.
So please share the steps how you install temp license on this system.
Also make sure correct system entries are maintained under DEFAULT.PFL parameter and try to use saplikey command to install the licenses.
