1. Set Up Change Displays : It defines the change display for the fields relevant for triggering new version for external purchasing documents like PO. Here, you can maintain the fields in table EKKO / EKPO etc. Any change in these fields will trigger new version in PO / corresponding external purchasing documents, if its defined as a field relevant for printout of changes in the path: OLME - Messages
2.Version Relevant Fields of Purchase requisitions: It defines the fields relevant for triggering new version for purchase requisition. Here, you can maintain the fields in table EBAN. Any change in these fields will trigger new version in PR.
The version relevant for external purchasing documents is covered in the node: Set Up Change Displays and in print relevant fields in OLME - Messages.
PR can be created without purchasing organization also. That is why the Purchase requisition version not defined with Purchase Organization.
