Windows 7:
Right-Click on "Computer" icon on desktop or Start menu.
Choose Properties.
Click "Advanced system settings" link on the left.
Click the "Environment Variables" button.
Click the New button below the "System variables" list.
Enter the variable name and value.
Click OK.
Click OK.
