We have done locking system for secondary freight but for primary freight , supplying plant is not bothered to enter the LR no. so why we made the field LR no at the time of migo and made the same mandatory.
Primary freight is managed centrally, transporter does not follow up with supplying or receiving
location. they follow up with head office.
We can lock the system after 3-4 day of billing but how can control over transporter from which damage stock, partial damaged stock, short stock received.
How can we debit transporter through system against short received where he also carries excess stock? What would happen for short stock received in shortage storage location which accumulate a large quantity of stock.
How can be remove short stock from shortage location? What would be the accounting effect in case of excess and short received stocks?
