I appreciate your analysis, but I think there are a assumptions in it that I myself cannot verify. Even the result you are proposing that we should enter for this issue in the Known Issues document, i.e. that all of the ranking is essentially wrong when one number is missing in the display, is an unverifiable assumption at this stage. It is still possible, isn't it, for example, that Abesh Bhattacharjee was indeed ranked 129th at the time the screen shot was taken and that number 128 is a different person who for some reason is not appearing in the UI at all?
In any case, we have opened a ticket and will be posting an update when we have one.
