Weird, it does look like SAP stuff... but just to be sure, could you double-click the /OPT/ entry in SM30 for namespaces and take a screenshot, and then display package /OPT/VIM_BL in SE80 and take screen shot please? What I'm looking for is something like this:
and the Application Component, Software Component and Superpackage in particular.
