Actually there is no Built in Communication Scenario for QueryProductionLotISIIn ..(as Far as I can see) you will need to create one in the Studio as part of your Solution.
Without the proper Scenario you can not create a Communication Agreement that will in turn provide you with the authorization information for this service.....
