Create new database and B1 SysId same with productive database

Hello,

so I wanna create a TEST database (SAP V9 PL11): 'Choose Company' screen -> new ---> all is ok, created... BUT the B1 SysId is same with my productive database, and mobile connection is crashed, and duplicated DUNA_PS:

When I try to open License Manager->Settings->Configure Security:

Select Continue... and then opened the "res://ieframe.dll/" in the explorer Image may be NSFW.

How can I resolve this problem? Reinstall the "Server Tools" or what can I do? Can I change B1SysId somewhere?
