How to Check for necessity of material extension to the plant? is there any value governs the extension of material?

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where i need to Check for necessity of material extension to plant.

Given thing is that material extension is governed by the Plant to PPR value.

Can any one help me how to check the necessity of material extension by using PPR value Technically.
