Hello guys!
I'm faced with the same problem as others. Customizing is set up according to the guide, workflow contains an error and there is no answer for my e-mail with ? subject (with a list of services). Then my colleage decided to customize E2C from scratch and noticed in t-code E2C than I forgot push the button "generate service fm attributes" after service maintaining. Check this out.
By the way now everything works fine but an error in workflow is received each time of incoming e-mail.
