If

LTAP –PQUIT = X

LTAP-NISTA = 0

And LTAP-NDIFTM or NDIFA= 0

Then TO is cancelled

Also, TO is confirmed with difference qty

When,

LTAP –PQUIT = X

LTAP-NISTA = 0

And LTAP-NDIFTM or NDIFA =1 or >1
