Business Partner not blocked in GTS

Hi Experts,

I have a concern with a Business Partner name which I think should have blocked in the SPL screening but it did not. Partner name is ‘Nicholas William Vanslembrouck’ and I create this partner as a Vendor in ECC system and then transferred to GTS. I was expecting this partner to get blocked in GTS since I have a SPL record in the system with similar name ‘Nichols, William Terry’.

We are in GTS 10.0 with SPL screening (no TREX activated). Our Minmal similarity match rate percentage is 70% and Originating phrase feature at 51%.

Any reasons as of why a block was not recorded for this partner?
