Hi All,
We have requirement were need to fill in some fields in IC screen for a service request transaction and then SAP BI team will extract those data in their system.But the problem here is we could not able to locate the fields which needs to populated in SAP CRM IC screen and those fields are zfields/custom fields which again related to "DATES" and comes under SLA service level agreement AB.So it is appearing as "BLANK" in SAP BI output data.
Is there any way to locate and update those fields please help me with ASAP as I need it URGENTLY.
