Apologies Isis. I was just hoping that you could use that approach. I really do not remember much from the old crxdrt days as to how / if this worked or not.
Now, to troubleshoot your approach, I'd see if Process Monitor tells me anything re the missing or out of date export dll. Also, the version of Outlook(?), will make a difference. E.g.; I'd be dubious that CR XI R2 would support Outlook 2010 +
