TDS as per 194c

Dear Experts

Please help me in configuring the following TDS limits . for section 194c.

  For Section 194C

1. if single invoice is 30000/- we have to deduct the TDS and there after what ever the amount need to deduct.

2. in a Financial year if the amount will cross 75000/-( the invoice should be below 30000/- if corss 30000/- first condition should work)  we have to deduct the TDS

Please Suggest.
