Long text not displaying for a validation rule warning message

Hi,

Need your expert advice to fix an urgent issue. We have created a validation rule and put a warning message for that. The warning message has short text and long text also. We transported this message to Quality stystem.

When tested in dev system, we can see both short and long texts in the message when a document is posted.

But the long text is not displaying in quality system. We can see the long texts in SE91 for that message number in Quality.

Any idea why the long text is not displaying in quality system? Did I miss anything to transport or do I need to activate anything in quality?
