The odd part about all of this is that I have now completed all 8 quote formats out of the 9 I have to alter. It is only 1 format that gives this issue. We have 3 divisions, each with different logos and have 3 formats per division, one for sales, one for rents and one for rents with purchase option. Rather than have 3 formats with the logos being hidden, etc, I have 9. Size is the main issue. As is, the formats are over 1MB each, so including all of the different addresses, phone numbers, logos, etc would create a 3MB report, which is just plain silly.
As a work around, I will take one of the reports that is currently working for a different division and just change the logos, phone numbers and addresses.
These files were originally created by me using v7 about 12 years ago. I updated them to v9 and have pushed the limits with v9 ever since. They used to print double sided with the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of every page. The also print to the printer and save to PDF. In v7, I had to download a PDF dll because back then, PDF wasn't a native output format for CR. I then had to write my own printer driver routine so I could print to PDF using the dll I downloaded.
I will update this post once I have the format working.
