Issue with Billing document

Hi All,

We have a situation here where the accounting document is not showing.

1.User done the returns and cancel the credit memo.But for these 2 documents we are unable to see the accounting documents.

2.When we check for the billing due list in VFX3,it is not showing there also.

how can i track this.
