Now I tried following things: • Logon in servicepro role. • Go to menu service contract – search and open a service contract • Start a follow up contract and go to assignment block “parties involved”, edit list and now I don’t have the option to delete the “Orderer”, I only can change the name, but not the ID. For the “Orderer” we should have a new ID. So this process didn’t work. Have I applied the contract change process correctly? If not, where can I find the area “change processes setup”?
