Thank you for the answer. I tried to find a way in standard SAP how to solve this situation, but i did not have success. Because of that I raised question here.
You are right, if we have transportation costs maintained as condition in purchasing document, we will not have any release document. But contracts for services, like transportation, inspection... are usual in business. I expected that SAP have some solution how to track utilization of this contracts.
I understand that development could be solution, but I expected that SAP will cover such ordinary thing.
