You can't handle data by packet wise. but request wise you can.
if you use sam data packet size at info pack and dtp level, you will get same data packets as two places.
dso - delta dtp pulls 0 records - Why.
I already said some settings done at dtp.
Your dtp settings are init - without transfer - mean wont pulls data and set delta pointer.
Please read about delta concepts at dtp and be familiar.
