Publications with dynamic recipient list

Hi,

We have publications in our BusinessObjects 3.1 environment, in which the WEBI report used as source is also used to feed the dynamic recipient list.

For example the query in the report has objects like Employee ID, Manager ID, Sales Amount. The publication is configured in such a way that the manager gets only the data of his/her employees. In 3.1, this worked very well with each manager getting one report with all his/her employees information.

When we migrated this publication to BusinessObjects 4.1, the publication bursts out one mail per employee to the managers. In cases where we have a separate report to feed dynamic recipient list, we don't see this problem. Has anyone come across this issue before?
