We are implementing SAP EXIM for one of the Indian clients.
I have received some documentation for EXIM with the help fo which we configuring the EXIM process.
There is very little information on SDN for SAP EXIM.
We have also implemented NWBC and are able to open the EXIM page where all data entry is done.
We ahve created Scheme types(Duty Drawback,FMS,FPS etc).
Maintained SION settings as well
Configured Document sets
I have done export sales process in SAP R/3 and is able to view the details in NWBC
We are facing the issue in Process management wherein we need to create pre-shipment and post-shipment documents meant for exports.
As per the help document I have, there should be a create new button for creation of export documents
But in our case, we are not able to see any "New" Button to create document.
All authorizations are already been given.
Additionally I am getting error 'Error in KPRO customizing".
As per my knowledge this is due to some missing configuration in KPRO but we are not able resolve.
We have not implemented DMS for the client.
We are stuck at this point and are not able to proceed further to create pre-shipment and postshipment documents.
If somebody have tried EXIM and have encountered please reply.
