Unfortunately these are the two main resources to learn the SDK. You have to combine the tutorial from the Help Center (some code is actually in C# but not all) with the sample code (in your case use the C#).
However, one main resource of knowledge is the community. Find the SAP Business One SDK forum and just ask away. There are many people there who will help you with your quest.
