I am working with a customer who is trying to manually enter in a customer and when she goes to select the tax jurisdiction code there is nothing in the drop down. When I go to a preloaded customer that was loaded using the migration tool I see the code but when I hit the drop down nothing in the list.
Anybody know what is causing this?
