Cancellation issue

Hi SAP Experts, please help in the below issue,

Remove from storage MvT 313 from storage loc 0001 to 0002, Quantity = 5 PC, Material doc number 100

Cancel Material doc 100 with MvT 314, Material doc number 101

New transaction, Remove from storage MvT 313 from storage loc 0001 to 0002, Qnantity 25, Material doc number 102

Place in storage with reference to material doc 100 (already cancelled) the system allow to receive from the cancelled material doc! How can i prevent this action to happen?
