Dear Experts,
I install our BO development server in Drive C: ( total space of C drive is 70GB and and E 40GB ) because customer not provided space in E I installed BO in C drive. currently My C drive space remaining is 20GB . now issue is when our developer testing reports C drive grow then I observed that in
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\myserverFQDN_6400\BOservername.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer\sessions that grow quickly and till then end with in 1hour and 20 minutes c: drive disk space remain 500MB and we can not do any thing and can not login in BO following error occur
" Account information not recognized: The CMC system database is not available. the error cannot be rectified
by the end user. Please report the error to your system or database administrator.(FWM 02088)."
user also disconect from Webi session but space not reclaim then I delete by force webi session folder which is
temporary created and stop and start server from CCM then I am able to login BO server.
My query is
1. How to solved this session grow issue and after logout from webi session why session subfolder delete
2. I am using Sybase SQL anywhere database and unable to understand how to take online and off lince backup
of CMC and Audit database .
3. How to take system copy ( like copy of DEV to create BO QAS server etc )
