Thanks for your reply. If relationships are there, there is no problem at all. This process would have been so simple. This is now not possible here. This is why we have used the Ztable to trigger the timesheet. The agent determination part which we have modified is perfectly working. The only problem is the request is not shown in the portal. For portal, we are using the standard webdynpro component. There is no UWL/POWL available here. Now the question here is how do we bring that work item which is pending with the manager to his portal. I have a few pointson this:
1. We use the standard Webdynpro component. What is the impact if we modify this?
2. Can we use a new Webdynpro component for this approval process? Wher in we will fetch the status 20 records and show in the approval tab and once he approves, the status will be 30?
3. Can we configure UWL only for this country and link the pending records from CTASDB to this?
