I suppose you mean AIX 7.1 TL2 SP1, don't you? As the PAM says, support for that version was introduced in DS 4.2 SP01 Patch 3. All more recent DS versions will support that same version, too, until it will explicitly be deprecated (cf. legend in slide 5: "How to read this PAM").
